Tastefully renovated home in quiet location but only ten minutes walk from the village bakery, church and pub!
The original building has four floors with a built on workspace and turbine room. These spaces are converted to an entrance utility room on the ground floor and a bright and spacious kitchen on the first floor. The four floors of the mill itself comprise half underground garage on the ground floor, a lounge, toilet and cloakroom staircase on the first floor, two bedrooms each 14m², bathroom with marble floor and landing on the second floor and a habitable attic. The four floors each have a surface of app. 50m². The pantry and kitchen have a surface of 25m². The house is dry, located in the south and in the back (north) slope with a path that leads directly to the village. The house can be reached through a (shared) private road.
