The current owners have been started in 2000 with the full restoration (with care and attention to detail) of this beautiful and large property and it is currently run by them for about 5 years this hotel - restaurant - bar. As the years go count they are looking for more peace and they decided to sell their Auberge. The building has three floors of each over 100 m2 and a terrain of approximately 7000 m2. On the ground floor is the entrance (approx. 7m2), the restaurant (approx. 54 m2), toilet (approx. 14m2, with 3 toilets, including disabled toilet and sinks) the bar (approx. 33 m2), reception (approx. 4 m2) the kitchen (approx. 18 m2) and a large cave (approx. 20 m2) with cooling and storage. Also on the 2nd floor is the private apartment with a living room with a simple kitchen area of about 90 m2, bathroom with bath, toilet and sink of about 8 m2 and a bedroom of 21 m2. From the bedroom, the rest of the 2nd floor is to be reached. This part remains to be finished about 100 m2, with a private entry exit. To be used as extra living space and or an apartment for rental for example.
The heating is electric and with wood fire and in the garden sits the gas tank (rental) for the kitchen of the restaurant. ADSL present and the whole house have double glazing (except one small window in the reception, to preserve the original window). The whole business inventory remains, all necessary licenses are in place and the whole building is to standards (standards 20112012).
