This house, built in the 70-s, has lots of space in and around the house. On the ground floor are the garage of 30m2, a workspace of a 33 m2 storage room of 5 m2, a cave of 17 m2 and a laundry room of 10 m2. Then at first floor: a large living dining room with a kitchen of 40 m2 together. Additionally 2 bedrooms of 14 m2, 9 m2, a bathroom with shower, bath, washbasin, bidet and a separate WC.
